TSR: ERP HCM Business Analyst (Core Finance Accounting)
Grade: G7-G8
Core Skill: Finance Module Knowledge in Finance accounting, Supplier & Customer Accounts/Contracts and Workday Report.
Job Description:
· Subject matter expertise to provide Finance functional solution for various modules and should have expert knowledge in Core finance accounting.
· Workday Financials solution to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated.
· Workday financial module knowledge in Finance accounting (Mandatory) and additional knowledge in Supplier & Customer Account, financial reporting & planning.
· Ability to understand business need for Finance Accounting module and translate it to a Workday solution. (Configuring BP, Security, Setups, Data Conversion, Testing and Reports)
· Understand and knowledge of Workday Application development methodologies. (Plan, Design, Test and Deployment, Post-production support)
· Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives.
· Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements.
· Work with Business teams / SME’s in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures
· Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods
Skills Required
- Expert knowledge in Core finance accounting
- Workday Financials solution integration knowledge
- Understanding of Workday application development methodologies
- Ability to gather and analyze business requirements
- Preferably Workday finance functional certification
