We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Application Consultant with 1–2 years of experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Sage 200 Evolution. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand business requirements, configure ERP solutions, provide user training, and deliver ongoing support to ensure successful system adoption.
- Gather and document business requirements through client meetings and workshops.
- Implement, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Sage 200 Evolution solutions.
- Analyze business processes and recommend ERP best practices and process improvements.
- Assist with system setup, data migration, testing, and go-live activities.
- Provide end-user training and prepare user documentation.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely functional support.
- Work with technical consultants and developers to resolve complex issues and implement customizations.
- Perform system testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support clients with month-end and year-end ERP processes.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and status reports.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Sage 200 Evolution.
- Understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and business processes.
- Knowledge of finance, procurement, inventory, sales, and warehouse management processes.
- Experience with data migration, system configuration, and user support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to client sites when required.
- Experience participating in ERP implementation projects.
- Basic understanding of SQL and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- ERP certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Sage products are an added advantage.
