Summary:
The ERP Director leads the strategy, implementation, and support of the Enterprise Resource Planning systems. This role ensures ERP solutions align with organizational goals and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Define the ERP roadmap and manage implementations across subsidiaries.
Lead cross-functional teams in ERP integrations and upgrades.
Oversee system configuration, customizations, and data migrations.
Ensure ERP systems meet reporting, financial, HR, and logistics needs.
Liaise with vendors and stakeholders to manage licenses and contracts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Business Systems, or ERP-related field.
10+ years of experience in ERP implementation and support.
Strong knowledge of ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo).
Certifications:
Oracle ERP Cloud Certification
SAP Certified Application Associate
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant
PMP or PRINCE2 (preferred)
Skills Required
