In this role, you will enhance JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE) manufacturing and distribution systems while collaborating with business stakeholders and technology teams across the organization. You will help identify opportunities for process improvement, back ERP initiatives, and contribute to technology solutions that reinforce operational effectiveness.

What You'll Do

As an ERP Business Analyst II, you will collaborate with business teams and technology partners to establish JD Edwards EnterpriseOne applications and related business processes across the organization.

  • Serve as a primary resource for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE) users across the Silgan enterprise.

  • Gather and document business requirements related to ERP applications and business processes.

  • Work with business stakeholders and technology teams to identify and implement effective solutions.

  • Troubleshoot issues within JD Edwards modules and related enterprise applications.

  • Participate in ERP implementations, upgrades, testing, validation, and configuration activities.

  • Perform user acceptance testing and application testing activities.

  • Facilitate EDI onboarding and integration efforts involving customers and vendors.

  • Develop process documentation, functional specifications, procedures, training materials, and project documentation.

  • Create and maintain reports using JD Edwards EnterpriseOne tools.

  • Provide user training and facilitate adoption of ERP solutions.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.

  • Travel to Silgan facilities to participate in ERP initiatives and address business needs (up to 30%).

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE) experience.

  • 3+ years of ERP implementation and/or upgrade experience.

  • 3+ years of business analysis experience.

  • Experience gathering requirements, documenting business processes, conducting testing, and supporting ERP enhancements.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments and deadlines.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Functional knowledge of JD Edwards Sales, Procurement, Shop Floor Management, Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), and EDI processes.

  • Working knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Finance modules.

  • Understanding of integration between Customer Service, Sales Order Entry, Inventory, Finance, and Procurement modules.

  • Experience gathering requirements, documenting business processes, conducting testing, and implementing ERP enhancements.

  • Experience developing business documentation and delivering user training.

  • Experience with manufacturing, accounting, costing, or job costing environments preferred.

Work Location

This position is based at Silgan Containers' Brookfield Center POB office in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Employees work in a hybrid environment with an expected onsite presence of 2 to 3 days per week while collaborating closely with business stakeholders, ERP users, and project teams across the enterprise. Travel to manufacturing facilities throughout North America may be required up to 30% annually.
