Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Assistant
(Based at Bodywear - Ratmalana)

Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining the MAS Intimates team as an ERP Assistant. This role would enable you to be diligent and accurately follow through on all related activities from the receipt of design concept to style development and bulk tech pack handover whilst building relationships and credibility with all relevant parties in order to ensure a smooth flow of operations and support the account in achieving set objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow up and ensure timely completion of all key activities predetermine in the customer calendar and prepare detailed plans in regard to the subsequent activities with internal teams to fulfil the customer expectation by the required delivery date.
- Ensure availability of adequate raw material stock, manage inventory, provide accurate, timely & complete data on procurement and follow up on all payments to suppliers.
- Establish strong relationships with suppliers whilst demonstrating ability to effectively negotiate the best price to ensure procurement of raw material is delivered to the required quality and quantity, at the most competitive terms in a timely manner.
- Ensure smooth order management function by implementing an accurate and detailed time & action plan for all related activities and regularly updating/ sharing relevant information with respective stakeholders.
- Address all production related issues, by coordinating with the right technical personnel in a timely manner to minimize the loss
- Consolidate and manage raw material arrivals in line with planned requirements / manage and analyses stock levels (Dummy and Liability stock) to meet factory service requirements with the proper maintenance and monitoring of write-offs and liabilities across the account.
- Attend to the shipping arrangements and all related documentation to ensure timely delivery
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Pursuing or Completed Diploma or currently in 2nd year or 3rd year Undergraduates following in Marketing, Textile or Business Management (Qualification in Merchandising or related is preferred).
- Knowledge on SAP System / PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)
- Good analytical skills and computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc)
- Fluency in English and e-mail correspondence
- Great team player, adaptable and flexible
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Planning and organization skills, detail oriented and attention to detail.
Skills Required
- Diploma or current undergraduate in Marketing, Textile or Business Management
- Knowledge on SAP System / PLM
