NABRICO Marine Products is seeking an ERP Application Analyst to join our team during a critical phase of organizational build-out and transformation. This role will play a key part in the selection, implementation, and ongoing support of a new ERP system, helping to establish the foundation for scalable, efficient operations across our business.
This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape processes, influence system design, and partner across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and HR to ensure successful ERP deployment and adoption. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is energized by systems.
This is not a remote position, onsite is required
Key Responsibilities
ERP Implementation & Deployment
- Support the selection, configuration, and implementation of NABRICO’s new ERP system
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to define business requirements and system capabilities
- Assist with data migration, validation, and system testing (UAT)
- Help develop and execute cutover and go-live plans
Application Support & Administration
- Serve as a primary point of contact for ERP system support, troubleshooting issues and resolving user inquiries
- Maintain system integrity, including user access, roles, and permissions
- Monitor system performance and escalate issues as needed
Process Development & Optimization
- Collaborate with business leaders to document, design, and improve business processes aligned with ERP capabilities
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, accuracy, and automation
- Support the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Training & Change Management
- Assist in developing and delivering end-user training and documentation
- Support change management efforts to drive user adoption and engagement
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure clear communication
Reporting & Data Support
- Support development of reports, dashboards, and data analytics within the ERP system
- Assist with data integrity initiatives and ongoing data governance practices
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3 to 5+ years of experience supporting ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, IFS, Epicor or similar)
- Experience participating in ERP implementations or major system upgrades
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or marine environments
- Familiarity with data migration, integration, and system testing
- Exposure to financial and operational workflows (inventory, production, procurement, etc.)
- Experience working in a private equity-backed, or high-growth environment
