Role Overview
As an eRostering Support Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the System Administrator with reporting and training for all areas across the hospital, as well as providing support on upcoming projects within the Optima systems.
You’ll help us make health happen by:
- Assist with the booking of temporary staffing using RLDatix Optima eRostering systems.
- To oversee and maintain the shared mailboxes for the service.
- Supporting users with queries relating to access and walking them through basic system navigation to ensure their understanding.
- To act as the main point of contact for the service and then pass on relevant information to the eRostering Lead and System Administrator.
- Assist with production of reports and to monitor and achieve benefits realisation.
- Providing additional support for the eRostering Lead and System Administrator to help expand your knowledge of the system and processes.
- To be able to exercise discretion whilst dealing with matters of a confidential nature, ensuring that confidential information is always secured.
- To be able to illustrate excellent communication skills with colleagues, managers, and outside agencies in a pleasant and courteous manner at all times.
- To undertake any other duties commensurate with the role as requested
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
- Proficient in Microsoft office packages including knowledge of Excel
- IT literate
- Admin experience
- Healthcare industry sector experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of working with an e-Rostering system would be desirable
- Experience of data administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and able to meet deadline
- Motivated, positive attitude and eager to learn and develop
- Excellent attention to detail
