About the Role
We are looking for an experienced ECM Developer with strong functional and technical expertise in Ericsson Catalogue Management (ECM) and telecom product catalogue configuration. The role involves configuring, maintaining, validating, and troubleshooting catalogue entities and their integrations with charging, billing, CRM, order management, fulfilment, and provisioning systems. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, accurate, and compliant catalogue solutions throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain Ericsson ECM catalogue entities including Product Offers (PO), Product Specifications (PS), CFSS, RFSS, Product Offering Prices (POP), Charge Types (CT), CCS Offer Templates, and Code Tables.
Use TM Forum Open APIs for catalogue configuration, querying, validation, integration, and troubleshooting.
Configure products and update catalogue items using ACLT.
Manage product lifecycle activities including creation, modification, versioning, effective dating, retirement, and deactivation.
Maintain catalogue rules, product hierarchies, relationships, dependencies, eligibility configurations, and information tables.
Analyse ECM database schemas and table relationships for validation, reconciliation, impact analysis, and root-cause investigation.
Validate catalogue integrations with charging, rating, billing, CRM, order management, fulfilment, and downstream systems.
Perform end-to-end validation covering product activation, order capture, charging, rating, billing, provisioning, and fulfilment.
Troubleshoot BAU and production issues using SQL, application/integration logs, API request-response analysis, configuration comparison, and transaction tracing.
Support incidents, defects, service requests, releases, production issues, and catalogue change activities.
Prepare configuration specifications, technical documentation, validation evidence, and implementation procedures.
Required Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of Ericsson ECM and telecom product catalogue concepts.
Hands-on experience with PO, PS, CFSS, RFSS, POP, CT, CCS Offer Templates, and Code Tables.
Experience with ACLT and TM Forum Open APIs.
Understanding of ECM database schemas, entity relationships, dependencies, and data quality.
Strong SQL skills for validation, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
Experience analysing application, integration, and transaction logs.
Knowledge of catalogue integration with Charging, Billing, CRM, Order Management, and Fulfilment platforms.
Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, XML, Postman, and Swagger.
Preferred Skills
Telecom BSS/OSS experience, preferably in production support.
Knowledge of TM Forum Information Framework and Open Digital Architecture (ODA).
Understanding of charging, rating, billing, order management, and provisioning processes.
Experience with incident, problem, change, and release management.
Agile experience with Jira and Confluence.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline, with relevant experience in Ericsson ECM, telecom catalogue management, BSS/OSS, catalogue configuration, integration testing, data validation, and production support.
