The Equipment Services Global Product Manager develops specific marketing plans and activities for specific product(s) or product line(s) to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena. Develops business plans and product positioning in the marketplace. Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs. Establishes pricing strategies. Works with engineering, manufacturing and sales to develop new products or enhance existing product(s) or product line(s).

What you will do:

  • Segment markets, identify unmet needs and emerging opportunities, and benchmark competitors to inform strategy.

  • Reassess service models and define new service product requirements aligned with evolving market dynamics.

  • Partner with engineering and hardware teams to deliver service roadmaps on time, on budget, and to quality/regulatory standards.

  • Drive launch excellence and go‑to‑market readiness

  • Define and track KPIs, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage product care and end‑of‑service activities across the lifecycle

Who you are

  • Domain expertise gained through a Bachelor Degree.

  • With min. 3 years’ experience in Product Management, Product Marketing or Sales

  • Prior experience in Life Sciences or Equipment Services

  • Experience driving projects with diverse and cross-functional teams, in a global environment

  • Open to travel up to 30%/40% of the time

Base salary and level of employment

This role is classified under the applicable CCNL Commercio as first-level employee, which defines minimum terms, job classification, and baseline progression frameworks. The expected gross annual salary range for this role is €46 000 -€63 500, determined based on objective criteria such as experience, skills, and role-related competencies.

 

Bonus / Incentive Pay

This job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay. This is the target earnings as 10% of base annual salary, subject to objective eligibility criteria and performance conditions as set out in the applicable scheme terms and conditions.
