We are building our inaugural European operation in Frankfurt and are hiring multiple Operations Supervisors to lead teams across all functions.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a structured, quality-controlled light production environment. Beyond delivering daily results, you will play a critical role in building team capability, establishing strong routines, and creating a culture of accountability, trust, and continuous improvement.

Our operation handles high-value, serialized collectibles where precision, documentation, and chain-of-custody standards are essential. A structured, GMP-style mindset combined with strong people leadership is key to success in this role.

You’ll report to an Operations Manager and work onsite at our Frankfurt location.

What You’ll Do

Lead & Develop People:

  • Build and develop a high-performing operations team in a multi-shift environment.

  • Coach associates and team leads to improve capability, ownership, and confidence.

  • Create clarity around expectations, performance standards, and behaviors.

  • Conduct regular feedback conversations and support individual development.

  • Foster a culture of respect, psychological safety, and operational discipline.

Drive Structured Execution:

  • Lead daily shift huddles and align teams around production targets and priorities.

  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, documentation standards, and GMP-style controls.

  • Monitor performance vs. plan and proactively remove obstacles for the team.

  • Maintain visual management systems and reinforce accountability for KPIs.

  • Support onboarding and structured training to ensure consistent employee experience.

Ensure Quality & Compliance:

  • Safeguard strict chain-of-custody and traceability standards.

  • Enforce quality checkpoints and minimize process deviations.

  • Identify root causes and implement corrective actions with the team.

  • Maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

Partner & Scale:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Security, HR, and Operations peers.

  • Contribute to building scalable systems and sustainable operating routines.

  • Act as a culture carrier and role model for company values.

Who You Are

  • Fluent in German and English.

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in production, light manufacturing, or structured operational environments.

  • Experience in GMP, ISO-regulated, or compliance-driven environments is a plus.

  • A strong people leader who believes performance is built through clarity, coaching, and accountability.

  • Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment while maintaining team engagement.

  • Structured, reliable, and calm under pressure.

  • High integrity and attention to detail, especially when handling valuable serialized items.

  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
