Who we are

Enterprise Projects and Storage Services accepts and executes myriad projects from various entities supporting the Enterprise. These special projects frequently involve customized assembly, kitting, packing, and shipping of extremely date-critical materials, components, product, and information for numerous customers, business areas, sales field, and retailers. The Enterprise Projects and Storage Services is charged with managing the storage and disposition of Corporate Records in compliance with legal, tax, and corporate requirements. Manages a Corporate Storage warehouse operation and oversees fulfillment centers of various supplies and material to support the Enterprise.

What this role entails and how you'll contribute

The EPSS Coordinator is responsible to assist in the successful completion of projects supporting the Enterprise and their business entities. Accountable to implement plan, monitor project efficiencies, anticipate, and resolve issues while overseeing multiple assignments simultaneously for our business partners, customers, and retailers. Supports the ServiceNow program for the Salesforce Services supply operation for our full and part-time sales field organization to service their accounts and our retail customers. Maintain corrugate and supplies fulfillment centers. Liaison to business partner to account for recurring changes, address issues, and to partner with outside vendors to replenish inventory. The EPSS Coordinator is responsible to oversee multiple shipping systems to ensure that all projects are successfully executed and delivered. Guarantees all U.S. and International shipments are correct and customs compliant while auditing for accuracy and efficiencies.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

The following is required to be considered for this role:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year experience working on multiple projects simultaneously in a time critical environment
  • Ability to push, pull, and lift 20lbs. frequently and 40 lbs. occasionally

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Your resume/application will stand out if you have:

  • Minimum two years shipping experience (including understanding of FedEx and EMS private carrier shipping system rules and regulations)
  • Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working under pressure to meet critical deadlines
  • Excellent organization and time management skills; must be able to constantly multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume environment
  • Strong analytical skills and have the capability to identify anomalies at a detailed level
  • Prior forklift and material handling experience
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to perform work accurately, completely, and in a timely manner
  • Great attitude and team player, coupled with strong organizational and communications skills
  • Capability to deliver quality work throughout with attention to detail
