Responsibilities include conceptualization, mechanical design, CAD drawings, prototyping, troubleshooting, assembly, equipment implementation, startup, documentation, training, supplier coordination, capital-spending management, and end-user collaboration. The role leads complex engineering projects while partnering with mechanical, electrical, technician, supplier, and operating teams.

Design and develop electro-mechanical automation equipment for production and fulfillment operations. Responsibilities include conceptualization, machine drawings, prototyping, troubleshooting, assembly, equipment integration, start-up, documentation, training, supplier coordination, parts sourcing, capital spending management, and collaboration with technicians and end users.

Leads enterprise privacy governance, risk assessments, data inventories, data mapping, DSAR operations, vendor reviews, privacy incident support, and compliance activities. Partners with Legal, Security, IT, Procurement, Analytics, and business teams to translate privacy requirements into controls and processes. Maintains OneTrust records, manages privacy council operations, tracks remediation, monitors regulations, develops metrics, and strengthens responsible data practices across a matrixed organization.

Leads strategic planning and execution of large-scale consumer brand experiences, including event logistics, vendor coordination, programming, budgets, KPIs, stakeholder communications, and on-site operations. Manages and mentors two team members while collaborating with leadership, agencies, and business partners to deliver immersive events that strengthen consumer engagement and achieve measurable business results.

Provides technical leadership to design, analyze, and improve manufacturing processes, systems, workflows, and layouts. Develops labor standards, capacity models, cost estimates, and standard work documentation. Applies lean manufacturing and problem-solving methods to improve safety, quality, productivity, throughput, flow, and costs. Troubleshoots process and system issues while collaborating with operations, quality, supply chain, engineering, vendors, and customers to implement improvements.

Designs and implements products, tooling, and manufacturing processes from concept through implementation. Develops specifications, models, drawings, and technical documentation; troubleshoots product and equipment issues; and supports quality, production, supply chain, vendors, and customers. The role also identifies manufacturing and distribution improvements, evaluates technologies and partnerships, and applies project management and Lean principles to improve quality, manufacturability, and operational efficiency.

Provide technical leadership in mechanical design, tooling, and manufacturing processes from concept through production. Create drawings/models/specs, produce cost estimates, troubleshoot production and quality issues, coordinate cross-functional teams, and implement manufacturing innovations to improve quality and efficiency.

Supervise up to 55 employees across manufacturing or distribution operations. Coordinate work assignments and scheduling while meeting productivity, serviceability, quality, and cost targets. Lead teams, provide coaching and direction, and implement continuous-improvement initiatives using PDCA/A3 problem-solving tools. The role may involve first, second, third, or weekend shifts at Hallmark facilities in Kansas or Missouri.
