The Style Expert at Halls KC provides exceptional customer service, promotes merchandise, assists with sales processes, and maintains store presentation, while managing customer relationships and achieving sales targets.

Coordinate daily schedules, workflows, and resources across creative studios. Lead status and reporting meetings, provide project documentation and support from initiation to completion, negotiate timelines, track SKUs/products, and partner with Marketing, Legal, Licensing and other stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

The Print Apprentice assists in the print department, operates equipment, mixes inks, and monitors production quality while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Provide technical leadership in mechanical design, tooling, and manufacturing processes from concept through production. Create drawings/models/specs, produce cost estimates, troubleshoot production and quality issues, coordinate cross-functional teams, and implement manufacturing innovations to improve quality and efficiency.

Operate and assist on flexographic printing equipment (tinter, slitter, Uteco), mix inks, monitor and troubleshoot print quality, perform routine maintenance and cleaning, complete production paperwork, and support continuous improvement and safety processes in a manufacturing environment.

Work onsite at Hallmark's Lawrence production center to own advanced quality systems and analytics, lead quality notifications, develop dashboards (Power BI), govern system/data quality, and support process improvements using data and automation (Power Apps/Excel). Collaborate with operations to drive insights and operational decision-making.

The Operations Supervisor will lead a team to meet productivity targets and implement continuous improvement strategies, ensuring efficient supply chain operations.
