Lead industrial engineering projects to analyze and improve distribution center processes. Develop labor standards, capacity models, and cost estimates; design future-state layouts and standard work; apply lean and data-driven problem solving; support production/quality troubleshooting; partner cross-functionally to implement technology and process improvements.

Work onsite at Hallmark's Lawrence production center to own advanced quality systems and analytics, lead quality notifications, develop dashboards (Power BI), govern system/data quality, and support process improvements using data and automation (Power Apps/Excel). Collaborate with operations to drive insights and operational decision-making.

The Operations Supervisor will lead a team to meet productivity targets and implement continuous improvement strategies, ensuring efficient supply chain operations.
