Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Environmental Sustainability Manager to join our Group Sustainability function. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Group Sustainability and lead a team of professionals in managing environmental sustainability across the Group.

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Leading the Group’s Environmental Sustainability team, streamlining workflows, and building team competencies to achieve impactful results;
- Leading development and implementation of the Group’s environmental sustainability policies, objectives, and targets, aligned with strategic goals;
- Building and managing a diverse portfolio of the Group’s environmental sustainability projects focusing on climate change, energy efficiency, biodiversity, resource use, and circularity;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams across the Group to manage environmental impacts, mitigate risks, and identify opportunities for innovation;
- Establishing and promoting best-in-class practices to ensure compliance with the highest sustainability standards while achieving or surpassing set targets;
- Cultivating strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align sustainability initiatives and drive successful project outcomes;
- Staying up-to-date with the latest sustainability regulations, trends, and best practices, and providing relevant training to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- A relevant educational degree in environmental science, sustainability, or a related field;
- Proven experience in sustainability and/or environmental management (5+ years), preferably within the energy or related industries;
- Demonstrated experience in managing and developing teams;
- Proven track record in managing complex environmental projects and creating and implementing effective decarbonization strategies;
- Strong knowledge of sustainability frameworks, standards, and regulations, with the ability to apply them effectively;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Lithuanian and English, with the ability to engage effectively across all organisational levels and with external stakeholders;
- A detail-oriented mindset, consistently seeking opportunities for improvement, including digitization and automation of processes.
