THE JOB:
As an Environmental Services Supervisor, you will set the stage for guest experience with your smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service

Responsible for overseeing daily operations associated with assigned shift

Provide direction and support to achieve the highest cleanliness standards in the Casino, Public Areas, Offices and other required areas
-
Conduct frequent inspections of all public areas, office, back-of-the-house, and Casino in order to maintain a high standard of cleanliness

Working knowledge and understanding of scheduling and labor management
-
Organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints, attention to detail, effective training, coaching and strong leadership qualities

Assist with coaching, counseling, discipline and training of employees
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
-
Either a High School diploma or equivalent experience
-
Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Two (2) years of EVS/Porter/Janitorial experience in a similar luxury resort setting

Proficient in handling multiple tasks and thriving in a high-paced setting; possesses a strong sense of urgency while maintaining a polished and professional demeanor

Ability to to make sound decisions immediately without supervision
