$20 per hour | 3 days per week
Michelle’s Interiors, a high-end interior design firm in Grayslake, IL, is seeking a Part-Time Social Media & Administrative person to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who is organized, creative, and detail-oriented, with a passion for social media and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement
- Monitor social media trends and suggest new content ideas
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Assist with client communications and follow-ups as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Previous experience in social media, marketing, or administrative roles is a plus but not required.
Schedule & Compensation:
- 3 days per week (flexible schedule 2 days remote, one day in the office).
- $20 per hour.
