Position Summary:
Are you ready to take your digital marketing career to the next level? We are seeking a passionate and innovative Senior Digital Marketing Associate to join our vibrant team in Chicago, IL.
About the Role:
As a Senior Digital Marketing Associate, you will be a key player in shaping our digital presence and driving our brand's success across multiple channels. You will collaborate with a talented team of cross-functional marketing & communications professionals and our digital agency partners to execute cutting-edge media buying programs. Your collaborative spirit and meticulous attention to detail will be essential as you manage and optimize campaigns that resonate with our audience and help achieve our business goals .
What You'll Do:

• Media/Agency Management: Partner and coordinate with media agency to ensure successful campaign delivery and alignment with campaign goals.
• Collaborative Stakeholder Engagement: Work hand-in-hand with internal stakeholders to ensure the brand, content, and creative team members understand specifications of ad placements to deliver on time and in accordance with campaign objectives. Respond promptly to campaign inquiries to ensure everyone is aligned on expectations.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze campaign performance data (such as impressions, clicks, conversions, etc.) and competitive intelligence to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Report on outcomes & insights to improve campaign performance.
• Continuous Optimization: Implement A/B and multivariate testing to refine ad copy, creatives, and targeting strategies for maximum impact.
• Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of competitors to inform and refine our paid campaign strategies.

What You'll Bring:

• 4-6 years of experience in media planning and/or buying, digital marketing, or a related field. Experience working in a large, global organization is a plus.
• A degree in marketing, digital technologies, or a related field, with a strong academic record.
• Familiarity with digital ad formats, including display, native, and video.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and agency partners.
• Motivation and initiative to continually improve campaign effectiveness.
• Obsessive attention to detail.
• Relentless customer focus and obsession.
• Solid experience working in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to flex schedule to work early morning hours to collaborate with team in India.
