We don’t just hire salespeople—we mentor future leaders. You'll learn the proven BCI Z10x sales process, receive hands-on training, and gain real-world experience through shadowing, ride-alongs, and personalized coaching.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Taking inbound sales calls during off-hours (evenings & Sundays)
- Shadowing experienced reps during the day to learn the trade
- Learning how to consult, not just sell—designing elegant bathroom solutions that truly meet customer needs
- Hunger to grow—you’re motivated, coachable, and ready to put in the work
- Core values alignment—you take pride in doing what’s right, not what’s easy
- Strong communication skills—you listen first and build real relationships
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for ride-alongs)
- A clear path to full-time Design Associate (with six-figure earning potential)
