LocaliQ/USA TODAY is hiring an Office Administrator – Public Notices to join our Green Bay team. This is a great opportunity to take the skills you've developed in a customer-facing environment and put them to work in a Monday–Friday office setting while learning new administrative and computer-based skills along the way.
You'll work with customers and internal teams, process information, manage deadlines, and help ensure important public notices are handled accurately and on time.
What You'll Be DoingYour day will include a variety of administrative and customer-focused responsibilities, such as:

- Processing public notices and advertisements
- Managing deadlines and keeping work moving on schedule

We're looking for someone who:
- Is dependable and follows through on their work
- Enjoys working with and helping others
- Is comfortable working with computers and learning new systems
- Has strong attention to detail
- Can prioritize and stay organized throughout the day
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Is willing to learn new processes and responsibilities
- Cares about getting the details right
Experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, call centers, reception, customer service, or other fast-paced, people-focused environments can be a great fit for this role.
Previous office or public-notice experience is not required. We'll provide training on our systems, processes, and responsibilities.
And if you don't have notary experience, that's okay too — we can assist with becoming a notary if needed.
Build Your Office ExperienceThis could be a great next step if you're ready to move from an unpredictable customer-facing environment into a steady Monday–Friday office role.
You'll have the opportunity to build experience in administration, customer service, computer systems, and office operations while working alongside a supportive team.
You'll also have access to:
- Health, Dental & Vision coverage
