Entry Level Management Trainee

Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning and Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of fundraising events, including venue selection, logistics coordination, and vendor management.
Promotional Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials to increase event attendance and support.
Donor Engagement: Engage with donors and supporters to build relationships and secure sponsorships and donations for events.
On-Site Support: Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth execution and addressing any issues that arise.
Performance Analysis: Analyze event performance and provide recommendations for improvement to optimize future fundraising efforts.
Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills in event management, fundraising techniques, and leadership development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with donors, sponsors, and team members.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and a desire to grow and advance in a management role.
- Previous experience in event planning, fundraising, or nonprofit work is a plus but not required.
