We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Entry Level Management Trainees. This position offers a unique opportunity to receive comprehensive training in event fundraising management while gaining hands-on experience in planning and executing successful fundraising events. As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with experienced mentors to develop the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in event management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Event Planning and Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of fundraising events, including venue selection, logistics coordination, and vendor management.

  2. Promotional Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials to increase event attendance and support.

  3. Donor Engagement: Engage with donors and supporters to build relationships and secure sponsorships and donations for events.

  4. On-Site Support: Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth execution and addressing any issues that arise.

  5. Performance Analysis: Analyze event performance and provide recommendations for improvement to optimize future fundraising efforts.

  6. Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills in event management, fundraising techniques, and leadership development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with donors, sponsors, and team members.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and a desire to grow and advance in a management role.
  • Previous experience in event planning, fundraising, or nonprofit work is a plus but not required.
