• Conduct research to identify community needs, trends, and collaboration opportunities.
• Represent our organization at community events, meetings, and networking opportunities.
• Assist in volunteer recruitment, training, and coordination for community events and programs.
• Track and analyze outreach efforts, including attendance, feedback, and outcomes, and provide regular reports to management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in community outreach and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in community development, social work, public relations, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Passion for community engagement and a desire to make a positive impact.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in community outreach, volunteer coordination, or event planning is a plus but not required.
