Imagine leading and delivering the LEGOLAND Brand vision with innovative events, shows, and immersive experiences that captivate audiences. You'll be at the forefront of establishing new collaboration models with Merlin Entertainment and co-creating future entertainment guidelines.
Please note, the role can be based in London or Billund and no relocation assistance is offered for this position.
Core Responsibilities
Delivering on the LEGOLAND Brand vision with the key focus of the “Cheerful applause for LEGO Entertainment” through the approved investment plans across Events, Shows, 4D cinemas, Meet&Greets, parades, street entertainment, and new never seen before social immersive experiences
Accountable for delivering a premium partnership experience for Merlin with daily conversations and sparing
Co-create with The LEGO Brand Park & Experience (LBPX team), Merlin’s entertainment team and Merlin’s creative team on future entertainment executional guidelines
Be the LBPX and LEGO Group LBE Entertainment expert across LEGOLAND attractions and the broader LBE category
Support the LBPX Brand Assurance Team on day-to-day entertainment submissions

The LBPX team brings the LEGO brand to life across LEGOLAND attractions including water parks, theme parks, and different accommodation types such as hotels.
Merlin Entertainments is the second largest theme park operator in the world with over 100 million guests annually. Among other attractions, the group owns and operates 11 LEGOLAND Parks, 9 LEGOLAND Hotels and 4 LEGOLAND Water Parks with more than 18 million guests a year.
The LBPX team supports the broader organization with the mission to amaze and engage all LEGOLAND visitors, the key audience being families with children age 2-12.

Do you have what it takes?
Entertainment or events design and delivery background
Proven experience with the location-based industry and within the category of entertainment
Experience design knowledge and experience an advantage
People leadership experience an advantage
