Level99 is a sprawling playground designed for adults with over 50 life-sized mini-games where Players dodge axes, crack puzzles, and outsmart real-world challenges. Each game lasts about 1–4 minutes and is built for 2–6 people to play together. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as Manager on Duty, owning shift execution and overall Venue performance
- Lead the Team through active floor presence, real-time direction, and coaching
- Maintain control of Guest experience, safety, and policy enforcement across the Venue
- Oversee staffing, shift flow, and operational execution to ensure a high-quality experience
- Maintain accountability for cash handling, POS systems, and overall operational accuracy
- Support event execution and coordinate with internal Teams to ensure smooth delivery
MUST-HAVE SKILLS
- Friday and weekend availability — a must; flexible schedule including days, nights, and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active for 8+ hour shifts; lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Strong verbal communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Positive, upbeat, team-first attitude
OTHER DESIRABLE (BUT NOT NECESSARY) SKILLS & EXPERIENCE INCLUDE
- Minimum 1 year experience working as a leader of people in a high-volume entertainment and/or food & beverage business
- Minimum 1 year experience as a keyholder in a previous position
- Relevant Education: B.S. in Hospitality Management, or other related degree
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certified
- Like to laugh, would be described as a "low maintenance, low drama" person, have a tendency to have a bit of fun while you work
- Have a high tolerance for ambiguity, like to go fast, and are excited to learn on the job
- Are just a little bit obsessive about getting the details right the first time
- Have a high energy personality, the kind of person who is typically smiling, and likes to "get it done now"

Each challenge is designed to bring a group together in engaging activities that take 2 to 4 minutes to complete, sparking moments of laughter in epic fails and high-fives in triumphant wins. From navigating our iconic Axe Run, to solving puzzles in a Crystal Cavern, to conquering the largest pinball game imaginable, Level99 offers endless ways to play using both body and mind. In 2025, we will be adding Victory Brewing in Tysons, VA and Two Roads Kitchen + Tap in West Hartford, CT to our group of restaurants as we team up with local brewers in support of our northeast expansion.
