Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of network and infrastructure for multiple venues. Manage network security, EDR monitoring, hardware/server staging, MDM, OS administration (Windows, MacOS, Android, Ubuntu), vendor procurement, and on-call incident response. Ensure high availability, virtualization, SD-WAN, and WiFi administration across sites.

Lead traveling installation teams to manage build-outs of themed entertainment venues. Oversee installation of modular attractions, electro-mechanical systems, scenic elements, and art; coordinate with GCs, vendors, and stakeholders; enforce safety and quality; monitor labor/materials/budget; troubleshoot technical issues; mentor the team; travel extensively (250+ days/year) to deliver venue openings on schedule.

Oversee entertainment operations and guest experience, maintain venue cleanliness and safety, lead and coach team members, manage shift tasks and POS, assist with change management and cost controls, and act as Manager on Duty when needed.

Lead venue operations across food & beverage, entertainment, merchandise, and events. Hire, train, schedule, and develop staff; manage inventory, cash, ordering, safety, compliance, and service standards. Support change management, event execution, guest experience, and cost control while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain operational readiness and quality.
