Design and scale Level99’s metagame systems, including progression, rewards, economies, achievement structures, and live events. Develop concepts, mathematical models, wireframes, documentation, and prototypes while analyzing player behavior and balancing systems. Collaborate with executive leadership, software and engineering teams, marketing, project management, and venue operations to implement and evolve interactive experiences across physical and remote touchpoints.

The HR Generalist manages talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, HR policies and compliance, performance management, payroll and benefits administration. The role advises employees and managers, conducts investigations, supports development initiatives, maintains UKG records, and contributes to HR projects across multiple hospitality entertainment venues. Periodic travel, flexible scheduling, strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and knowledge of employment regulations are required.

Coordinates traveling installation teams during Level99 venue build-outs and openings. Manages team travel, equipment shipping and receiving, vendor communications, schedules, expenses, documentation, inventory, staging areas, onboarding, and status reporting. Supports artists and installation crews on active construction sites, resolves logistical issues, and helps maintain progress amid tight deadlines, changing priorities, irregular hours, and extensive travel.
