Summary/Function:
Respond to all DA Davidson branch associate questions in a timely and effective manner. Coordinate with Operations departments in resolving and answering branch issues and questions. Track inquiries in the ticketing system and coordinate with Operations associates to ensure issues are resolved in a timely and accurate manner. Work collaboratively with Operations Managers, Wealth Management Support, and branch staff to ensure best possible resolutions are reached and thorough communication is utilized.
Qualifications/Requirements:
•High school diploma.
•Be willing to study for and take FINRA SIE and Series 99 exams when deemed appropriate by management
•Minimum 2 years Davidson Operations experience or relevant security industry experience.
•Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Use appropriate, professional language and grammar to effectively exchange ideas and information.
•Possess substantial knowledge of the securities industry rules and regulations.
•Strong background in BETA Host, Thomson One, Envestnet and TRAX preferred
•Familiar with general accounting principles.
•Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Ability to work in a team environment and effectively collaborate with all team members.
•Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work successfully with a variety of personalities and management levels.
•General understanding of Microsoft operation system.
•Ability to work regularly scheduled hours for complete coverage across all times zones in which we do business.
Duties:
•Respond to questions either via phone, email, current ticketing system or Teams.
•Provide accurate and helpful service to the Wealth Management group.
•Stay updated on policy or procedural changes so that information provided is current.
•Continually work to expand related industry knowledge
•Continually work to expand knowledge of systems, processes and procedures related to our business
•Perform various other duties as assigned

The compensation offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis considering a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the skills, relevant work experience, and geographic location of each specific candidate. This role is eligible to participate in applicable D.A. Davidson variable compensation programs.
