In this Enterprise Staffing Specialist you will be generating and preparing system enterprise staffing analysis, tracking and executing strategic staffing plan to support the business needs. Efficiently balance staffing requests with available resources under tight deadlines and conflicting priorities. perform administrative services and high functioning multi-tasking support that includes but is not limited to, answering telephone calls; responding to high volume emails and communicating through group chat channels. Requires significant use of computer and phone devices. Ability to follow oral and written direction as they relate to the functions listed above. Must have excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with department personnel and assist customers with inquiries. Must have a working knowledge of personal software package to perform functions described above. Must have the ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task workload in a fast paced environment.
Work Schedule: 4/10s – 7:00am-5:30pm – Rotating Weekends **Please note training is over the course of several weeks and may include AM shift times while precepting/training**. Remote with a couple required in person team building engagements at Mesa Corporate .

POSITION SUMMARY
This position performs entry-level analytical staffing support. Generating and preparing system enterprise staffing analysis, tracking and executing strategic staffing plans to support the business needs. Efficiently balance staffing requests with available resources under tight deadlines and conflicting priorities.
CORE FUNCTIONS
1. Provides system enterprise scheduling and placement support requiring system timecard editor access.
2. Processes staffing requests to include, but not limited to, workforce staffing platform and human resource employee platform. Receive request, prepare posting if applicable and follows the life cycle of the staffing request through placement completion. Role will assist with audits and compliance reporting.
3. Evaluation daily of workforce. System-based role with multi-facility impact on patient throughput at a high function multi-tasking level within a time sensitive prioritization.
4. Collaborates with multiple departments and teams throughout the system. Attends system staffing huddles. System-based role with multi-facility impact on patient throughput.
5. Role will execute compliance reporting. Providing data for shift eligibility and payroll incentives.
6. Serves as the centralized information resource directing and fielding calls and emails and general support for our registry team members
7. Performs administrative services and high functioning, multi-tasking support that includes but is not limited to, answering telephone calls, responding to high volume emails and communicating through group chat channels.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Requires high school diploma/GED or equivalent education and two or more years of generalized HR or related area work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have the ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task workload in a fast paced environment and maintain a professional manner. Must have the ability to follow oral and written direction as they relate to the functions listed above. Must have excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with department personnel and assist customers with inquiries.
Must have a working knowledge of personal software package to perform functions described above. Requires significant use of computer and phone.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Associates degree.
Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
