Job Responsibilities
1. Own Enterprise Revenue Growth
- Drive end-to-end sales for large accounts (banks, insurers, fintechs, mfb)
- Consistently close high-value, multi-stakeholder deals
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities
2. Sell Complex Financial Products
- Position the company's reconciliation and finance automation products to CFOs, Heads of Finance, IT, and Operations leaders
- Translate technical capabilities into business value (cost savings, risk reduction, efficiency gains)
- Lead product demos, proposals, and commercial negotiations
3. Leverage Your Network
- Activate existing relationships across Commercial Banks, Payment fintechs, Microfinance Banks, Mortgage Banks, Insurance Companies, HMOs, and Large finance teams
- Open doors that would otherwise take months to access
4. Navigate Long Sales Cycles
- Manage procurement, compliance, and stakeholder alignment processes
- Work across technical, finance, and executive teams
- Push deals from interest to pilot to full deployment
5. Influence Product & Strategy
- Provide feedback from the market to shape the company’s product roadmap
Requirements
● 5+ years in enterprise sales, preferably in Fintech, Banking, Payments infrastructure, Financial SaaS
● Proven track record of closing large, complex deals
● Experience selling into Banks, Fintech companies, and other financial institutions Network
● Strong, active relationships with decision-makers across Nigerian banks, Payment companies, and the financial services ecosystem
● Understand Payment systems (switching, settlement, reconciliation)
●Understand Financial operations inside banks/fintechs
● Understand Pain points around reconciliation, reporting, and cash visibility
Skills Required
- 5+ years in enterprise sales
- Proven track record of closing large, complex deals
- Experience selling into banks, fintechs, and other financial institutions
- Strong, active relationships with decision-makers across Nigerian banks, payment companies, and the financial services ecosystem
- Understanding of payment systems including switching, settlement, and reconciliation
- Understanding of financial operations inside banks and fintechs
- Understanding pain points around reconciliation, reporting, and cash visibility
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and executive-level relationships
- Ability to lead product demos, proposals, and commercial negotiations
- Industry experience in Fintech, Banking, Payments infrastructure, or Financial SaaS
