We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Account Manager – HCLS DACH to grow adoption of our ground-breaking cloud and data centre solutions required to realize R&D and business transformation across the pharmaceutical, genomics and life sciences industry.
Your mission is to drive the growth of NVIDIA revenue with global pharma and biotech companies. Build Healthcare specific solutions based on NVIDIA hardware and software stacks, in collaboration with ISV and partner ecosystem. This is a highly visible role, which will work closely with the cross functional teams at NVIDIA to drive growth and will be accountable to establish NVIDIA’s leadership in this segment and build and execute the plan for the associated revenue and pipeline growth. The role requires strong leadership skills along with ability to execute and contribute towards the delivery of sales results. It requires strong domain expertise in segment with executive relationships. Collaborate closely with senior business development, product and sales to drive alignment and build pipeline to expand NVIDIA’s revenue. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment and enjoys the challenges that rapid growth creates. A consistent record of leadership in an impactful sales/business development organization is required.
What you’ll be doing:
Design, build and execute the revenue strategy within the healthcare and life sciences ecosystem.
Collaborate closely with product teams to develop and package healthcare specific solutions.
Develop a successful partnership with the pharma, biotech and life science organizations outlining mutual performance objectives, targets, and breakthroughs associated with a successful relationship.
Lead and support sales execution in partnership with our regional sales teams. Discover, develop and nurture key customers relationships/Light House Accounts.
Engage, enable, and energize channel sales teams including global system integrators, public cloud service providers to deliver joint go-to-market initiatives in a win-win-win situation.
Support sales critical issues, partner/channel conflicts and related business issues.
What we need to see:
Bachelor’s degree from a leading University or equivalent experience.
8+ overall years of sales or business development experience in pharmaceutical, genomics and life sciences technology with demonstrated ability running an overlay sales organization.
Deep understanding of applications and workflows bringing to bear Machine Learning, Deep Learning and AI.
Strong relationships in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology ecosystem.
Demonstrated experience with sell-to and sell-through the healthcare life science ecosystem
Possess a DACH client contact base, deep domain expertise, and sales and buying practices.
Shown success of building positive partnerships with large organizations.
Consistent track record of sales execution overachievement.
