We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Enterprise Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic, high-performance sales team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing key accounts, prospecting new business opportunities, and building long-lasting relationships with clients. As a key contributor to our growth, you'll help us exceed sales targets and support Gesture in revolutionizing the e-commerce and marketing/advertising industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for building strategic partnerships. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from identifying potential clients to closing deals—ensuring that each customer receives exceptional value and service.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Pitch and close new business while expanding existing client relationships.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall success.
  • Manage and grow assigned accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Bring in prospective customers and generate new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and providing exceptional service.
  • Stay updated on product/service offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Schedule meetings with clients and address customer inquiries promptly.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance sales processes and improve performance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Account Executive with a proven track record.
  • BA/BSc in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to track and analyze sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Superb analytical and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts efficiently.
  • Experience engaging with customers (a plus!)

Gesture is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is in addition to commissions and bonuses. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
