Responsibilities:

• As a direct report to the VP of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), the ERM Consultant will help support the building and maturing of the ERM Framework for the company.

• Assist the VP of ERM with key risk functions, such as: Business Continuity Planning, Incident Response Planning, Business Change Risk Assessments, Policy Management, Strategic Planning Risk Assessments, Enterprise Risk Identification and Assessments, Risk Appetite and Profile monitoring, and Risk Training and Awareness across the organization.

• Provide support for the company’s Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) platform as needed.

• Help the VP of ERM produce management-level and board-level committee, and regulatory exam materials as needed.

• Comply with all Federal Regulations as they pertain to your job duties, including BSA.

Position Requirements:

• This position is Remote.

• Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience is Required.

• 7+ years of prior experience in a financial institution including 2+ years helping build or support ERM functions at a bank or credit union is Required.

• Working knowledge of compliance-related laws, regulation, issues and credit union/bank supervisory procedures and knowledge of credit unions/banking functions, how they are organized and regulated is Required.

• Proficient skills within Microsoft Office applications; including, Excel, Word and PowerPoint is Required.

• Background working with GRC platforms, such as, Quantivate, NContracts, or Archer.
