Enterprise Resilience Analyst

A Resilience Analyst is responsible for evaluating, implementing, and maintaining resilience measures within the organization's infrastructure. This role involves assessing the effectiveness of existing resilience strategies and ensuring adherence to security standards and regulations. Strong analytical capabilities, communication skills, and project management experience are crucial for success in this role.
Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize integrated resilience strategies to enhance the organization's ability to withstand and recover from incidents.
• Utilize ServiceNow for integrating resilience data and processes into the overall Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) framework.
• Employ strong data analysis skills to extract actionable insights from resilience-related data.
• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize key resilience metrics and indicators.
• Collaborate with the Security Operations Center (SOC) team to enhance and optimize resilience monitoring and incident response capabilities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of resilience incident response plans.
• Participate in investigations and remediation efforts related to resilience incidents.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation related to resilience systems configurations, integrations, and processes.
• Provide training to SOC personnel on the integration and operation of resilience strategies and technologies.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions for relevant resilience technology stacks.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within resilience strategies and contribute to ongoing enhancement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in resilience analysis and security operations.
• Proven knowledge and experience with GRC technologies, particularly ServiceNow.
• Strong background in data analysis and visualization using tools like Tableau.
• Understanding of Security Operations Center operations, procedures, and protocols.
• Familiarity with security incident response and investigation processes.
• Proficiency in configuring and integrating resilience technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven experience managing projects related to resilience strategies and security operations.

Base Pay Range $78,500 - $100,000, commensurate with experience.
