The EPC is a key operational contact for Agilent’s customers, ensuring smooth program delivery, operational excellence, and a differentiated customer experience. You will work closely with customers, internal teams, and external partners to coordinate programs, solve challenges, and implement solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary operational liaison between Agilent and key customers
Coordinate scheduled and reactive/unplanned services to meet customer needs
Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries by engaging the right internal and external teams
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify challenges, develop solutions, and implement best practices
Support program and project delivery with a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction
Integrate onsite with customer teams, providing hands-on support and building strong relationships
Execute customized duties as defined in customer program agreements
Drive continuous improvement and add value through proactive problem-solving
Degree in scientific or technical field preferred, but experience is valued equally
1–2 years in a similar role supporting programs/projects in technical or customer-focused environments
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to deliver exceptional experiences
Excellent organizational skills to manage complex schedules and multiple priorities
Comfortable handling technical service requests, purchase orders, and invoices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and with customers
Solution-oriented, adaptable, and focused on driving results
Experience in laboratory or technical settings and SAP is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office
