Enterprise Process Lead - Stanley Access Technologies, Farmington, CT
The Enterprise Process Lead is responsible for driving completion of the Enterprise Change Process through various levels of the business, while also monitoring the status of Manufacturing Change Notices. As an Enterprise Process Lead, you will be responsible for being the liaison between Engineering and Manufacturing to increase efficiencies in the change process.

What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with internal functional groups, such as Engineering, Quality and Finance, to transform and standardize global enterprise processes at the manufacturing plant level
- Improve and facilitate the flow of information and completion of tasks associated with processes such as ECN (Enterprise Change Notice), MCN (Manufacturing Change Notice), CR (Change Request), PPAP (Product Part Approval Process), Deviations, PRs (Problem Reports), and other high level strategic changes
- Coordinate and support the delivery of strategic integrations between Windchill and other business systems
- Utilize lean methodologies to identify inefficiencies, drive continuous improvements, and implement new standards for process and stakeholder performance
- Serve as the Global Solutions Engineering liaison, ECME (Engineering Change Management Entry) interface at the plant level while interacting with other MCN Coordinators and Allegion Atlas members
- Facilitate development and deployment of training materials to all internal stakeholders while performing bi-annual training for new hires and refresher courses
- Enable accountability through appropriate process metrics and assignment traceability using existing Power BI reports and KPIs to drive performance
- Coach, mentor and support plant operations teams to strengthen knowledge and skillsets around product data and change management best practices
- Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement, implementing lessons learned
- Organize management through both factory and engineering
- Coordinate weekly status meetings to provide updates to key stakeholders such as the Director of Engineering and the VP of Operations
- Leverage AI (artificial intelligence) to drive automated processes to improve efficiencies in cross-functional departments
What You Need to Succeed:
- 5+ years' experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5 – 25% travel or more to support training needs at multiple manufacturing facilities
- Must have interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with cross-functional departments
- Must understand workflow processes and operational procedures
- Knowledge of Power BI reporting to drive KPIs a plus
- Exhibit an understanding of product data for innovative change management solutions
- Ability to learn industry specific software, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software a must; ERP knowledge a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
