- Assist in the development of project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, material, equipment, and information.
- Maintain and update project schedules and documentation to ensure Percentage Orders Delivered are achieved
- Propose and maintain Budget and PR CAPEX realization for DCS Project
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Prepare and present reports on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Make sure complete Service through 3rd party and cross-connect link
- Lead coordination with PMO, Sales, Engineering, and Project Roll Out team for project timeline until activation
- Ensuring accuracy project dashboard
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management and stakeholders
- Maintain drop rate form spider customer and regular customer based on procedure & target
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants.
- Work with stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure they are met.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a network support or network activation role.
- Deep understanding of network technologies, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and wireless networks, as well as network security principles and protocols.
- Proven track record of success in leading network activation projects, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering solutions on time and within budget.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on identifying and resolving issues to ensure project success.
