Role Purpose
We are looking for a technically curious Enterprise Platforms Integration & Automation Specialist to join the SSA Business Platforms team. The role will work across enterprise applications, cloud data, integrations and automation, helping connect systems, improve data flows and solve practical technology challenges across the region.
This is a hands-on technology role suited to someone with a strong foundation in business systems, data, integrations or automation who wants to broaden their experience across enterprise platforms, cloud technologies and emerging AI capabilities.
Candidates are not expected to have experience across every platform listed. We are looking for strong technical fundamentals, problem-solving ability, curiosity and the ability to learn quickly.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation, integration and ongoing improvement of enterprise platforms across SSA.
- Build and support integrations between systems using APIs, data mapping, workflow tools and other appropriate technologies.
- Work with SQL, data extracts, transformations and reconciliation processes to improve data quality and reliability.
- Support ERP and finance-system initiatives across platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central, SAP, Deltek Maconomy, Sage or equivalent systems.
- Support automation using tools such as Power Automate, Logic Apps, RPA or similar technologies.
- Contribute to Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and other data and reporting initiatives.
- Support Google Cloud and Google data technologies where relevant, including BigQuery, Looker and the wider Google ecosystem.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, data discrepancies and platform issues through to resolution.
- Support testing, UAT, releases, deployment and production support.
- Work with business stakeholders, technology teams and vendors to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Maintain clear documentation, source-to-target mappings, support procedures and technical artefacts.
- Support appropriate security, access, governance and change-management practices.
- Explore practical uses of modern AI technologies including LLMs, copilots and AI agents within approved enterprise environments.
