Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Enterprise Mobility Solutions Specialist with a strong background in technology sales, operations, and process optimization. This role will focus on growing revenue, supporting sales teams, and delivering innovative mobility solutions to clients. The ideal candidate will excel in strategic account management, financial reporting, and partner collaboration while driving efficiencies and enhancing customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle for enterprise mobility solutions, including 5G, IoT, wireless broadband, and devices, to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with a broad range of clients and solution providers across the nation and globally.
  • Identify and execute cost-saving strategies for clients, optimizing mobility solutions to reduce expenses and increase ROI.
  • Provide expert sales support, including pricing negotiations, process improvement, and alignment of customer needs to ideal solutions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for enterprise mobility offerings, providing insights, guidance, and ongoing training to internal teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, IT, and sales leadership to streamline processes and enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to drive efficiencies in sales compensation, revenue tracking, and quota attainment.
  • Conduct data analysis and executive reporting using various software tools
  • Proactively gather and analyze customer feedback to refine strategic initiatives and improve mobility product offerings.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in enterprise technology sales, account management, and operations with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Expertise in developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills with experience supporting cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data, create executive reports, and deliver actionable business insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in telecommunications or enterprise mobility solutions.
  • Experience managing compensation processes, sales operations, and KPI reporting for large sales teams.
  • Success in leading process improvement projects that drive measurable business results.
