We are seeking a dedicated Scrum Master with at least 3 years of experience in Agile methodologies and an IT background. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting with the adoption of Agile practices within the Enterprise IT team. Experience with Jira, Jira Service Management and Confluence is a must.

Daily duties will include the following:

- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient sprint planning, execution, and delivery of project deliverables using Agile practices.

- Act as a servant leader and coach for the scrum team, fostering a culture of self-organization, continuous improvement, and collaboration.

- Facilitate scrum events (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinements, sprint reviews, and retrospectives), adhering to enterprise processes.

- Work on maximizing team productivity, removing impediments, and escalating issues for prompt resolution.

- Apply expertise in any IT domain(s) to aid in understanding complexities and streamlining the work breakdown of system configuration, validation and deployment.

- Collaborate with functional managers, stakeholders, and other teams to align goals and maintain a unified project vision.

- Implement and maintain Agile metrics and reporting for transparency and visibility to stakeholders.

- Promote continuous improvement and enhancement of Agile processes, techniques, and frameworks.

Skills and Experience:

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.

- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment.

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and implementing Agile best practices.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address impediments effectively.

- Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence is a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

- SAFe certifications and experience.

- PMP or PMI-ACP Certification

- Experience in any or multiple IT domains, such as; Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Security, Service Desk.
