Enterprise Initiatives Manager

Please Note: This is an on-site position located in Atlanta, GA. Crisp is committed to supporting candidates by offering relocation assistance for qualified applicants who require moving to the Atlanta area.

About the Role

The Enterprise Initiatives Manager is responsible for coordinating and delivering the initiatives that bring Crisp’s ideas, programs, and strategic priorities to life. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, marketing, and sales, translating direction from the Innovation Manager and CEO into clear, connected execution across teams, systems, and external partners.

This is a hands-on project management role with real influence. Many projects directly support revenue, growth, and client experience, requiring close coordination across marketing and sales alongside operational execution. Success depends on the ability to manage multiple workstreams at once, align specialized contributors, and keep progress moving while ensuring that messaging, timelines, and deliverables stay connected to business goals.

Working directly with the Innovation Manager and closely alongside the CEO and senior leadership, this role plays an important part in making sure new programs integrate into the business and continue creating value over time. That includes strengthening processes as they evolve, ensuring marketing and sales efforts are operationally sound, and helping new programs become repeatable rather than one-off. The impact shows up in smoother launches, stronger cross functional alignment, and initiatives that support both growth and long term scalability.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day project management of innovation quarterly goals that span marketing, sales, operations, product, and technology, ensuring work moves from concept through launch and into long term integration

  • Own the coordination and task management of a network of contracted experts, typically 5–10 at a time, providing clarity on priorities, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies while keeping work aligned across multiple projects

  • Manage marketing-driven initiatives, including website design and development, new product and program launches, campaign rollouts, and supporting materials, working closely with internal marketing, sales, and web teams to bring concepts to life at a high standard

  • Act as the connective tissue across departments, coordinating with numerous team leads and stakeholders to ensure work stays aligned, handoffs are clean, and execution does not break down as projects move forward

  • Translate high-level direction into detailed project plans, task lists, timelines, and workflows, working backward from goals and launch dates to ensure projects are properly scoped, sequenced, and paced

  • Bring structure to ambiguous or evolving targets by turning activities into repeatable processes that can be sustained and improved over time, rather than existing as one-off efforts

  • Oversee quality control across all workstreams, reviewing outputs for accuracy, consistency, completeness, and alignment with expectations before they move forward or ship

  • Maintain visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies across projects, proactively identifying issues early and solving for them before they impact timelines or quality

  • Research, evaluate, and integrate new tools, platforms, and technologies that support execution, operational efficiency, and scalability, partnering with internal teams and external experts to ensure thoughtful implementation and adoption

  • Pull, analyze, and synthesize data and performance reports across programs to assess progress, identify trends, surface risks, and inform decision-making, ensuring insights are translated into actionable improvements

  • Document processes, systems, decisions, and learnings so successful projects can be repeated, scaled, and continuously improved across the business

  • Balance net new creation with optimization, strengthening how marketing, sales, and operational goals are executed quarter over quarter, while maintaining a high bar for quality and reliability

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of professional experience in project management, marketing operations, program management, operations, or a closely related execution role

  • Marketing background with experience supporting go-to-market work, such as website launches, campaigns, and content or asset production

  • Tech-enabled and genuinely comfortable learning, evaluating, and integrating new tools and platforms to improve execution and scalability

  • Strong working fluency with modern PM and collaboration tools, including ClickUp and similar systems for tracking complex, multi-stream projects

  • High comfort and curiosity with AI tools, with a track record of using AI to improve speed, quality, research, synthesis, or operational output

  • Experience collaborating closely with Director-level and above stakeholders, including CEOs and C-suite leaders

  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build structure where none exists, moving work forward without a playbook while maintaining high standards

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a zero error mentality, including strong proofreading and quality control instincts

  • Reliable follow-through and consistency with a track record of finishing what you start and closing loops without being chased

  • Comfort managing multiple projects at once, balancing pace and volume without sacrificing quality

  • Experience in task managing external partners or contractors, with the ability to provide clear direction, timelines, and accountability across 5–10 contributors

  • Data-minded and comfortable pulling, analyzing, and summarizing reports to track progress, identify trends, and inform decisions

Benefits:

  • 100% Company Paid Health/Vision/Dental.

  • 4% 401K Match.

  • Generous Paid Time Off.

  • Paid Parental Leave for New Parents.

  • Paid Relocation for Non-Local Candidates

What We Do

Here at Crisp, we’re on a mission to help 10,000 law firms grow their revenue by $10,000,000 each ($100B impact). We do it because we believe that in a perfect world, the best cases should go to the best attorneys. Unfortunately, in today’s ultra-competitive legal landscape, the best cases go to the best marketers. We strive to bridge that gap so both can be true. We want the most game changing attorneys in the country to get the best cases, grow the strongest law firms, and make the greatest positive impact in their communities. We walk our talk here at Crisp. We've been named to the Top 100 Fastest-Growing Private Companies in Atlanta ten years in a row [2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025] by the Atlanta Business Chronicle, we've earned the distinction of Top Workplace in Atlanta [2022, 2023. 2024], and we've been recognized on the Inc. 5000 List of Fastest-Growing Private Companies in the U.S. seven years [2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2024] — notably earning spots in the Top 10% two years in a row. Our approach is to take everything we've learned generating massive growth in our own organization and help the country's most ambitious law firm owners do the same for theirs. We do this by equipping them with world-class legal video, relentless digital marketing, the top leadership & management coaching and workshop programs in the legal industry, and proven strategies to empower & align their teams. Crisp is known as an innovative trailblazer in the legal industry. We have published the #1 best-selling book in Amazon's legal category (The Game Changing Attorney), host the #1 podcast for legal market leaders (The Game Changing Attorney Podcast), and put on the largest law firm growth conference on earth each year (Crisp Game Changers Summit). Discover how to give your law firm a competitive advantage today at crisp.co.
