Tulsa Welding School is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC) and is a member of the American Welding Society and the Association of Private Schools, Colleges, and Universities. TWS-Jacksonville is a branch campus of Tulsa Welding School, located at 2545 E. 11th St., Tulsa, OK 74104. Licensed by OBPVS and ASBPCE. Licensed by the Florida Commission for Independent Education, License No. 2331. Tulsa Welding School & Technology Center (TWSTC), a branch campus of Tulsa Welding School, opened and started training students in 2014. TWSTC is located at 243A Greens Road in Houston, Texas.

The Refrigeration School, Inc (RSI) was founded in Phoenix, Arizona in 1965. RSI trains students in the technical services that are needed today and challenges the student to reach their highest level of academic knowledge and leadership capabilities. Accredited School, ACCSC. Licensed by the Arizona State Board for Private Post-Secondary Education.

The Enterprise Project Manager – Strategic Initiatives is responsible for leading high-impact, enterprise-wide programs that drive institutional transformation across post-secondary education portfolios. Operating at the corporate level, this role partners with executive leadership to translate strategic priorities into executable programs that enhance student success, operational efficiency, and long-term institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with executive leadership to define, prioritize, and operationalize strategic initiatives across the organization
  • Lead enterprise program portfolios aligned with corporate and academic strategy
  • Translate strategic goals (e.g., enrollment growth, retention improvement, digital transformation) into structured, actionable roadmaps
  • Establish and drive enterprise governance frameworks, including steering committees and executive reporting cadence
  • Oversee multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring alignment, resource optimization, and risk mitigation at the portfolio level
  • Define and track value realization metrics, including ROI, student success outcomes, and operational efficiencies
  • Drive cross-institutional alignment across campuses, departments, or business units
  • Lead strategic planning cycles, including roadmap development and investment prioritization
  • Collaborate with product, technology, and academic leaders to ensure initiatives support long-term innovation and scalability
  • Identify enterprise risks, dependencies, and opportunities, and present actionable insights to senior leadership
  • Sponsor and guide change management strategies to support adoption at scale
  • Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and business case development

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Higher Education Administration, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred)
  • 8–12+ years of experience in enterprise project/program management or strategy roles
  • Proven experience operating at a portfolio or enterprise level, not just individual project delivery
  • Experience in post-secondary education, edtech, or large, complex organizations
  • Strong understanding of strategic planning, portfolio management, and organizational transformation
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders
  • Exceptional analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or program/portfolio management certifications
  • Experience supporting multi-campus systems or enterprise education organizations
  • Background in digital transformation, student success strategy, or enterprise technology implementations (SIS, ERP, LMS)
  • Familiarity with shared governance and decentralized decision-making models in higher education
  • Experience with OKRs, KPIs, or value realization frameworks
