- Assess your accounts and develop a strategy to identify and engage all buying centers
- Use a solution approach to selling and creating value to acquire new customers
- Identify the most viable use cases in each account to maximize Databricks' impact and expand our footprint
- Build value with all engagements to promote successful negotiations through close
- Be Customer focused by delivering technical and business results using the Databricks Platform
- Promote Teamwork...it makes the Dreamwork!
- Passion for selling a highly technical product in the cloud
- 5+ years of experience with Open-Source Technologies and build vs buy decision-making
- 5+ years of experience with Value Selling Methodologies
- A creative salesperson with a well-defined prospecting motion, specifically land-and-expand
- Sales experience within big data, public cloud, and AI/ML
- Consistent success exceeding quotas, ideally focused on closing new logos and growth in consumption
- Bachelor's Degree
