エンタープライズカスタマーサクセスマネージャーとして、新製品の導入を積極的に推進し、当社の最大かつ最も戦略的な顧客との効果的で強固な関係を構築します。社内で顧客を擁護し、ポジティブな顧客体験に焦点を当てます。顧客とのやり取りは、何よりもまずリレーションシップ・マネジメントに根ざしつつ、成長の機会も提唱します。エンタープライズ・カスタマー・サクセス・マネージャーは、顧客固有のニーズを特定し、Datadog製品の価値を明確に伝えるための明確な方法論に従っています。

何をするか
- エンタープライズアカウントエグゼクティブおよびソリューションエンジニアリングチームと連携し、エンタープライズのお客様への導入、トレーニング、積極的な導入を推進する。
- 顧客との関係を積極的に構築し、組織内でのロイヤルティと支持を獲得する。
- 社内のDatadogチーム（営業、サポート、イネーブルメント、製品、財務、法務）と部門横断的に協力する。
- 新規顧客のオンボーディング・プロセスの管理およびプロジェクト管理
- クライアントの信頼できるアドバイザーとなり、ビジネス目標を達成するための明確かつ簡潔なプランを構築するパートナーとなる。
- 利用動向をモニタリング・分析し、更新リスクを明らかにするとともに、契約拡大・最適化の機会を特定する。
あなたは何者か：
- カスタマーサクセスまたはアカウント管理業務に3年以上従事した顧客中心主義の方
- 大企業のアカウントまで、幅広いポートフォリオの管理ができる。
- フォーチュン1000企業やあらゆる業界のグローバルブランドとの取引に精通
- CTO、エンジニアリング担当副社長、DevOpsプロフェッショナルなど、特定の対象者に対応する能力を持ち、細部にまで優れた注意を払う強力なコミュニケーター。
- B2B技術領域またはSaaS企業での経験者
- 必要に応じ、顧客訪問やイベントのために出張できること
