The Opportunity 

Are you a passionate Program Manager with Public Sector experience? We are looking for an  experienced and dedicated Program Manager to join our team, focused on the public sector. In this senior role, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our largest and most strategic public sector clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, drive adoption, and deliver value through our solutions.

Main Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate must have a strong working knowledge for managing projects according to PMI or similar industry standards for (preferably) state and/or federal government clients
  • Must have a working knowledge of AWS or other similar Cloud Services technology
  • Must be innovative in identifying, proposing and overseeing the conception, building, testing, implementation and delivery of business solutions
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ensure projects are implemented on time and according to defined requirements
  • Conduct facilitated sessions with project team to understand, collect, and document business, functional and security compliance requirements
  • Develop, monitor, and coordinate pre-contract activities, such as RFx proposal development, pricing, RFx proposal presentation, and contract negotiation
  • Serve as a strategic business partner and maintain knowledge and understanding of government clients’ application architectures and business processes

Experience

  • Six years of project management experience in a medium to large government organization involving coordination of multiple complex projects and the integration of legacy and cloud-based technologies
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or other formal project management training
  • Experience in working with solutions that adhere to NIST 800-63 
  • Experience in working with FedRAMP, StateRAMP, or related projects
