What are we looking to add to the team?
We are seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Consultant to join our Grow team. This role is critical in managing the entire customer journey for SeekOut's enterprise Grow platform, focusing on high-touch Customer Success processes for our Enterprise and Strategic customers. You will be instrumental in ensuring customer retention, driving product adoption, and delivering exceptional value to our clients.
What you will do:
- Lead customers' transition from implementation to active usage of the Grow product and services
- Identify, develop, and evaluate engaging training materials for Grow clients to maximize adoption
- Track clear success criteria metrics established during the sales process and offer consulting on driving continuous improvement
- Demonstrate leadership skills to liaise internally in resolving customer issues and serve as the voice of the customer in product and sales cycles
- Own the entire customer lifecycle, including onboarding, training, expansion, renewals, regular check-ins, and QBRs for your accounts
- Own responsibility for all Grow client retention

- Have a Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred (ideally in I/O Psychology or related field)
- Have proven experience as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager for a SaaS product (or closely related role such as Onboarding, Client Success, or Account Management)
- Have a strong background in HR Tech, Talent Management, or related fields
- Have excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt style to various audiences
- Have an analytical mindset with the ability to utilize data to drive decisions and strategies
- Have a continuous improvement mindset with a focus on seeking and acting on feedback

Base Salary Hiring Range: $90,630 - $132,600 annually
