We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Cloud Scrum Master to support Agile delivery, operational coordination, and project management activities for an enterprise cloud technology team.

This position will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, track project and operational work, maintain documentation, identify delivery risks, and coordinate communication among Cloud Operations, Cloud Engineering, Cloud Architecture, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership.

The ideal candidate is an organized and proactive Scrum Master who understands Agile frameworks and can work effectively with highly technical teams. While this is not a hands-on cloud engineering position, candidates should be comfortable discussing cloud initiatives, operational priorities, technical dependencies, service requests, and project risks.

Key ResponsibilitiesAgile and Scrum Facilitation
  • Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement sessions, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Support both project-based and ongoing operational work across enterprise cloud teams.
  • Help Cloud Team leadership establish priorities and organize work across Cloud Operations, Cloud Engineering, and Cloud Architecture.
  • Promote consistent Agile practices and support continuous improvement across the team.
  • Apply Agile frameworks and methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, based on the needs of the team.
  • Encourage accountability, collaboration, transparency, and timely completion of assigned work.
Project and Operational Coordination
  • Track sprint progress, operational activities, service requests, dependencies, project milestones, and work completion.
  • Coordinate cloud operational requests, support activities, maintenance efforts, and service-improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor project schedules, deliverables, priorities, and operational commitments.
  • Identify and escalate impediments, blocked work items, project risks, operational concerns, and issues that may affect cloud services or delivery timelines.
  • Schedule meetings, track action items, follow up on deliverables, and communicate changes in priorities or timelines.
  • Support coordination with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and other project participants.
Documentation and Reporting
  • Maintain project plans, sprint artifacts, status reports, risk and issue logs, meeting notes, dashboards, operational metrics, and project tracking systems.
  • Prepare project updates, executive summaries, presentations, and supporting materials for leadership, stakeholders, governance meetings, and operational reviews.
  • Document project scope, objectives, assumptions, dependencies, operational requirements, and deliverables.
  • Ensure project and operational information remains organized, accurate, and accessible to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Provide visibility into sprint performance, operational workload, delivery progress, risks, and outstanding decisions.
Business and Technical Collaboration
  • Facilitate communication among Cloud Operations, Cloud Engineering, Cloud Architecture, vendors, business teams, and leadership.
  • Assist with gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and operational requirements.
  • Support implementation planning, operational readiness, and organizational change-management activities.
  • Help translate technical information into clear updates for business stakeholders and leadership.
  • Maintain a working understanding of cloud technologies and operational processes to communicate effectively with technical team members.
  • Support alignment between business priorities, technical requirements, cloud operations, and project-delivery objectives.

RequirementsRequired Qualifications
  • Proven experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile project coordinator within a technical environment.
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, including:
    • Daily standups
    • Sprint planning
    • Sprint reviews
    • Sprint retrospectives
    • Backlog refinement
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience tracking sprint work, operational requests, dependencies, risks, issues, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Experience using Agile project-management, collaboration, or ticketing tools.
  • Ability to identify, document, communicate, and escalate project risks and impediments.
  • Experience preparing project documentation, status reports, dashboards, meeting notes, presentations, and leadership updates.
  • Strong meeting facilitation, organization, follow-up, and stakeholder-communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate work across multiple technical and business teams.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cloud engineers, architects, operations personnel, vendors, business stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise technology environment.
  • Must reside within approximately one hour of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
  • Must be available to report to CTC or a downtown Harrisburg location as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience supporting cloud infrastructure, cloud operations, cloud engineering, or cloud-transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, terminology, service-management processes, and operational support practices.
  • Experience supporting enterprise IT projects involving infrastructure, architecture, security, systems operations, or service delivery.
  • Experience coordinating both Agile project work and ongoing operational responsibilities.
  • Business analysis experience, including requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Experience supporting operational readiness or organizational change-management efforts.
  • Scrum Master, Agile, or project-management certification.
  • Experience working in a government, public-sector, or other highly structured enterprise environment.
