Requires strong project leadership, healthcare IT expertise, and collaboration across technical and program teams.

Lead stakeholder engagement and delivery oversight across business units; perform business analysis, requirements clarification, and light-to-moderate project management. Support Agile teams, backlog refinement, testing/UAT, and ensure IT solutions align with strategic goals.

Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, requirements, backlog, and delivery of a three-year public-sector application modernization initiative. Lead Agile ceremonies and collaborate with stakeholders, architects, developers, designers, and vendors. Oversee data conversion testing, product success metrics, compliance, risk resolution, change management, user training, and adoption throughout planning, development, implementation, and continuous improvement.
