This is a remote position with occasional travel required.

Position is available for candidates residing in PA, DE, MD, VA, and OH. 


Position Summary

The Enterprise Change Enablement Manager is an integral part of leading organization's approach to preparing employees, leaders, and teams for enterprise transformation. Reporting to the Senior Executive Director of Enterprise Transformation & Enablement, this role serves as the enterprise lead for change enablement, partnering closely with Project Management and business leaders to integrate the people side of change into organizational initiatives. Working in lockstep with project teams, the Manager ensures change strategies are embedded throughout the project lifecycle and that employees are equipped to successfully adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working.


This position also serves as the primary integrator across the Office of Workforce Enablement, coordinating communications, learning, leadership engagement, and readiness activities into a cohesive implementation approach that supports successful organizational adoption. This position may supervise and develop change enablement resources as the team evolves.

The Enterprise Change Enablement Manager will:

  • Lead enterprise change initiatives from planning through implementation and adoption, developing practical, scalable change strategies aligned with organizational priorities and project goals.
  • Partner with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to integrate change management into project delivery and coordinate change activities across Communications, Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Human Resources, and operational teams.
  • Assess organizational impacts and readiness and develop comprehensive change plans addressing stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, readiness, adoption, and risk mitigation.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors, business leaders, and project teams, providing guidance and coaching to support effective leadership of organizational change.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement, planning sessions, and change workshops to build alignment, collaboration, and shared ownership across cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain enterprise change management standards, tools, templates, and methodologies, promoting consistency and strengthening organizational change capability and maturity.
  • Monitor readiness, adoption, and change effectiveness throughout implementation and post-implementation, recommending adjustments and reinforcing adoption as needed.
  • Measure outcomes, capture lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement to strengthen change practices and improve the success of future enterprise initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field required. Master's degree preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience leading organizational change, business transformation, or enterprise implementation initiatives.
  • Experience partnering with project management teams to support complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience developing change plans and working directly with business leaders, stakeholders, and project teams.
  • Experience supporting enterprise implementations involving technology, process, or organizational change preferred.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
