Enterprise Business Operations Partner

Position Summary

The

Enterprise Business Operations Partner is responsible for leading complex cross-functional initiatives across Keystone Advisors and KosmosDX. This role serves as the central point of coordination between Product, Engineering, Operations, Client Success, Sales, Data, IT, executive leadership, clients, and strategic partners. The ideal candidate is an exceptional organizer, communicator, and relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities

● Lead multiple enterprise projects from planning through implementation.

● Manage project plans, timelines, risks, budgets, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.

● Coordinate initiatives across Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, Client Success, Data, Marketing, Compliance, and IT.

● Manage strategic partnerships, vendors, and client implementations.

● Support RFP responses, Statements of Work (SOWs), discovery workshops, and implementation planning.

● Facilitate project meetings, executive updates, and post-project reviews.

● Maintain project documentation in Jira and Confluence.

● Develop SOPs, improve workflows, and identify automation opportunities.

● Coordinate healthcare and call center operational initiatives.

● Produce executive dashboards and project status reporting.

Required Experience

● 5+ years leading cross-functional projects.

● Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives.

● Experience working with executive leadership and external partners.

● Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

● Healthcare, health insurance, BPO, SaaS, or consulting experience.

● Call center or customer operations experience.

● Experience with RFPs, client onboarding, or software implementations.

● Experience in high-growth organizations.

Technical Skills

● Jira

● Miro

● Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

● Salesforce or other CRM platforms

● AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini) preferred

● Contact center platforms (Five9, NICE, Genesys, Dialpad, RingCentral) preferred

Education

A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. Equivalent professional experience demonstrating successful project leadership will be considered.
