You will be responsible for:
Our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) are the driving force behind our growth in the Middle East, creating the first spark in relationships with potential customers and shaping the future of our sales success in the region.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across Sales and Marketing, work closely with teams across the business, and build a career with limitless potential for growth and development in one of our fastest-growing markets.
You’ll report directly to the BDR Manager based in London and work in a hybrid model (three days a week in our Dubai office) alongside a passionate, high-performing regional team.
What you will be doingManage inbound and outbound opportunities: Take ownership of both inbound leads and proactive outbound prospecting initiatives for the Middle East region, engaging prospects through creative outreach and meaningful conversations.
Lead engaging discovery calls: Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with prospective customers and target accounts to understand their challenges, identify opportunities, and position our solutions effectively.
Drive strategy through insight: Build detailed market insights and strategic plans by conducting research, preparing account documentation, and tracking performance metrics to continuously refine your approach and maximise impact.
Foster collaboration and trust: Develop strong, growth-oriented relationships across internal teams — from Sales and Marketing to Product and Partnerships — to ensure alignment and shared success.
Partner with Marketing for impact: Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to maximise ROI from campaigns and activities, including regional events, digital initiatives, and content marketing efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and lead generation effectiveness.
Be a brand ambassador: Represent Tricentis with energy and professionalism, becoming a trusted first point of contact for prospects in the Middle East and helping to elevate our brand presence in the region.
2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing.
Demonstrable strength in English communication — both verbal and written — with Arabic language capability, additional French language skills are a plus
Experience working in a professional B2B or SaaS environment.
Proven ability to engage with prospects through multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, events, etc.).
Proficient in using Salesforce and SalesLoft (or equivalent sales engagement platforms).
Experience in SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) sales or marketing preferred.
Familiarity with the UAE and wider Middle East market is an advantage.
