What you’ll do:
Job Summary: As an Enterprise Architect at Customer’s Bank, you will play a pivotal role in envisioning, communicating, and evolving the organization's enterprise architecture. You will be responsible for ensuring that the company's organizational structure, business processes, strategies, value streams, data, information, and supporting technologies are cohesively aligned and poised for future growth and evolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Vision and Leadership:
- Develop and maintain a long-term enterprise architecture strategy that supports the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership in establishing and maintaining a coherent enterprise architecture that aligns with business needs.
- Enterprise Cloud-Scale Infrastructure:
- Design, develop, and oversee the implementation of end-to-end integrated systems, with a strong focus on cloud-scale infrastructure.
- Extensive experience in Azure cloud solutions is preferred; however, proficiency in AWS or similar cloud services is also valuable.
- Application Development and Deployment:
- Guide and support the development and deployment of enterprise applications, ensuring they are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure best practices in application development are implemented.
- Business Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to develop enterprise strategies, identify technology solutions that drive business value, and ensure alignment between IT initiatives and business goals.
- Excellent communication skills required for translating complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
- Documentation and Standards Development:
- Develop and maintain best practices, standards, and policies for enterprise architecture.
- Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible, providing a framework for IT governance.
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
- Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and innovations, especially in cloud technologies, to drive continuous improvement in enterprise architecture.
- Champion innovation and lead initiatives to enhance organizational capabilities.
What do you need?
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with extensive knowledge in enterprise cloud-scale infrastructure and application development and deployment.
- Proven experience as full stack engineer and software architect with enterprise experience using Java, Node, .NET , Python or similar stack.
- Extensive experience in full stack solution architecture for scalable enterprise applications including UI/UX, Network Architecture, Database Architecture, and Application Architecture
- Experienced in generating documentation on standards and moving such writings from draft, through governance approval and publishing (both internally and externally).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Azure cloud solutions; AWS or similar cloud services experience is also valuable.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
