We are seeking an experienced, results oriented Information Technology (IT) Enterprise Architect or Systems Engineer to join our team in the Bethesda, Maryland area. You will play a critical role in documenting and shaping our client's IT enterprise architecture, ensuring alignment with the client’s vision of driving interoperability across organizations.Responsibilities Include:• Develop an IT enterprise architecture that provides client stakeholders awareness of critical capabilities, dependencies, and mission critical impacts and risks. This includes developing the:• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content providers, content consumers, developers, engineers, and business analysts.• Ability to work in small teams or independently.• Experience supporting senior government civilians.• Ability to gather requirements from various stakeholders and develop an integrated solution.• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications:• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.• BS degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience. However an additional four years of experience can be accepted in lieu of a Bachelors degree. • Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, Systems Engineer, or similar role.• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., UAF, TOGAF, Zachman, DoDAF).• Familiarity with Systems Modeling Language (SysML) or Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Model-Based Systems Engineering• Experience migrating systems to an IC Cloud• Experience integrating systems and tools in a cloud environmentPreferred Qualifications:• Five or more years of experience working with or in the Intelligence Community (IC).• Experience with M365 and other enterprise networks, providers and tools

Target Salary Range$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
