Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect / Senior Infrastructure Manager to lead enterprise infrastructure strategy and service delivery across data center, network, cloud, and end user services. This role is ideal for a senior technology leader who can combine architecture vision, operational excellence, modernization, and stakeholder engagement to deliver secure, scalable, resilient, and business-aligned services.

Key Responsibilities (Summary)

• Lead enterprise infrastructure and end user service delivery across data center, cloud, network, and workplace services, ensuring strong SLA/KPI performance, service stability, and cost efficiency.
• Shape and govern infrastructure architecture roadmaps that align with business priorities, security standards, scalability goals, and modernization objectives.
• Drive engineering-led operations through automation, Infrastructure as Code, observability, reliability practices, and proactive service improvement.
• Lead modernization initiatives across cloud, hybrid infrastructure, collaboration platforms, and digital workplace services to improve employee and customer experience.
• Partner with business, technology, and vendor stakeholders to strengthen governance, compliance, risk management, and continuous service improvement.

Required Skills, Experience & Competencies

Ideal candidate profile: 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise infrastructure, architecture, and service delivery leadership, with proven success in large-scale transformation across data center, cloud, network, and end user environments. Strong expertise in infrastructure platforms, cloud/hybrid operations, automation, observability, ITSM, SRE, Infrastructure as Code, and service governance. The successful candidate will also bring strong executive communication, cross-functional leadership, vendor management, and client-facing stakeholder engagement skills.

The pay range for this role is $120,000 - $125,000* per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
